woke up at 11.30 today and left to meet baby at 1+.. we went to kallang leisure park and met up with a friend.. had lunch before heading over to the ice rink to skate.. my 2nd time in my life ice skating! haha
left at about 6 and made our way to vivo to meet more friends for dinner at asia kitched.. had their fried rice which was good.. we then walked around vivo for awhile and went to the rooftop to chit chat before going home

exams are over!
woke up at 9 and got to school at 10.. prepared for my last paper, telsys while waiting for baby to arrive.. we then went out for lunch with friends at design canteen.. tried the beef steak on Jyuan's recommendation and found it to be quite good.. went back to cyber to study abit more before heading for the exam at engine..
the exam was very very hard!! im like so sure im going to take the supp paper already =(.. but what to do? hated telsys from the beginning..
went back to cyber for awhile after the exam before leaving for TM to catch a movie (L change the world) at TM.. me, Dickson and Noel ordered GV's cheesy pasta to give it a try.. and it totally sucked.. the bacon bits really dosent blend with the nacho cheese.. and its really very 'jelat'.. haha.. anyway, the movie.. the movie plot was average.. abit cliche, but the ending was totally LAME! the whole theather was like waiting to watch him die.. but they didnt show him dying.. damn!

woke up at 10.30 today and left for the POSBank opposite school at around 11.45 to get my Go! card done.. its essentially a regular ATM card with the added mastercard function.. met baby at the bus stop and walked to mensa2 for lunch with friends..
went back to cyber after lunch and studied abit before heading into the exam venue.. the netfund paper was quite hard.. i thought i had one question in the bag, but when i asked Jyuan after that, i made one big careless mistake.. =(

there are 3 types of things that really irritate me during exams.. they are:
1) People who have the flu and keep sniffing/coughing next to you
2) Unstable tables/chairs that cause them to keep rocking back and forth
3) Fans that blow into your hair and messes it up so that you have to comb it back everytime
anyway, got past the exam.. not that bad la.. quite confident of a pass this time!

muscle ache
woke up at 9 today and went to NSRCC at 10 for youth squad training..we bowled for the 1st hour and Remy coached abit.. for the 2nd hour, we were split into 2 groupd of 8.. with Keith and Brandon being the captains of the teams.. Remy's method of choosing team members was really funny.. he gave 2 person of about the same standard 2 random items (for my case, apple and orange) and asked each person to pick one.. the captains then get to choose without knowing who is which.. so if its Keith's turn to choose, he'll say orange! and orange is his team.. LOL!
i was in Keith's team B.. and all the good players were on Brandon's.. damn.. LOL!! we bowled the baker system for a game and i striked the 3rd frame for my team.. but when it was the captain's turn to bowl, he blew the previous spare by throwing a gutter.. and it happened 2 times ok.. that caused my team to loose and we had to do a total of 90 counts of forfeit.. we split it up into push-ups, sit-ups, lunges and approaches..
had lunch with the youth squad after training.. ate at the poolside cafe today.. and like last week, service was CRAP! the orders took like half an hour to arrive.. and when we called for the bill, it took another half hour to arrive.. they took all our membership cards, and then kept them for another half hour.. OMG man.. service sucks!
went to white sands to study with Jyuan for the rest of the day till mum came and pick me up from there at about 9+..
anyway, as of about half an hour ago, its me and baby's 3rd month anniversary!!

MUGGG~
woke up at 12 today and studied at home for about an hour before leaving for NSRCC for lunch.. studied abit more there and then went home.. didnt turn on my com at all for the whole afternoon.. was studying netfund the whole time..
went to 802 for frogs legs again before going to whitesands to meet Jyuan to study netfund.. learnt alot from him.. such as the cyclic redundency checking and the hamming code.. went back at 11pm..

vc outing @ vivo
woke up at 11 and got to school at 12.. pei baby at various places in school before she went for her paper at 2.30.. went back to cyber and chilled with Dickson and listened to more nightwish songs..
sent baby back home after her exams and was told by Dickson that we were going to suntec's pizza hut for dinner.. we were celebrating 4 peoples' birthdays, but only 2 of the 4 could go.. LOL! anyway, the 4 were baby, Zennetta, Sharon, and Josias.. but only the latter 2 could come.. anyway, halfway through my bus ride to suntec, Noel called and told me that the location was changed to vivo.. so had to alight at suntec, and take an MRT to vivo city..
i thought i was going to be late.. i called them when i was reaching vivo, but when Dickson picked up the phone, i found out that they were still at TP.. OMG!! so the following hour or so, i went around vivo lugging my heavy bag and my laptop checking out places for us to dine in.. i was getting really bored when Delia called me.. apperently, she was there early too! so met her outside daiso and walked around for abit.. visited the canon showroom again.. really love that place!! haha.. Pui Yi was there early as well.. so we met up with her at page one and shortly after that, the rest turned up..
me and Delia booked a table for 15 at a place called 'Terra'.. the same one at bugis junction's 1st floor.. we all got there and i ordered their seafood aglio olio set meal and a vanilla milk shake.. the pasta was so-so.. but the milk shake was DOPE! haha.. took a train back with Dickson and Noel.. we were playing with my rubik's cube on the way back and there was this whole bunch of different people watching us play.. there was this particular aunty that was looking and shaking her head in wonder.. LOL!! we were like some street performer.. should have put a bottle there to collect donations! XD

woke up at 2.30 today!! LOL!! slept for like 12+ hours.. stayed at home and studied abit.. helped my mum prepare the food for tonight's 'chu 15' reunion dinner.. washed and cut the vegs, defrosted the stuff, and slice the abalone..

woke up at 1 today! had lunch at home and watched abit of the television before studying for the exams for the good part of the day..
i had to bowl in the league tonight.. so cooked myself a plate of aglio olio at 5 and had an early dinner so that i wont be too full when bowling.. the league was alright.. bowled a 150.5 average for 4 games.. not satisfying, but not that bad either.. went back home at 10.15

woke up at 8 today.. but only got to school slightly after 10 to show Elvia my OOP final project program.. all in all, i'd say that she was pretty satisfied with my program.. given that it was a 2 man job done by myself.. so, printed it, burned it and submitted it before leaving for CC
no one was at CC when i got there.. so waited till about 12.15 for Alfred before going for lunch, joined by Dickson and Pang Hock.. tried salad bar's set meal today.. consists of a soup, the main dish (grilled pork loin with mushroom sauce), and desert (banana chocolate crepe).. all for $5.80! really worth it.. went back to CC and slacked the rest of the afternoon away with Dickson and Alfred.. PH passed me a spoilt hard disc and we disassembled it there and then.. LOL! got to see the innards of the hard disc.. we salvaged the super strong magnet from the hard disc and played with it for awhile.. when its stuck together, no one could pry it apart without the use of a screwdriver.. haha!

woke up at 8 today.. wanted to go to school to look for Elvia at 9, but when i got there, there was a notice posted on the door saying that she'll only be there at 10 and leaving at 4.. so went to cyber to slack and work on my OOP project.. went to look for her again at 2 and cleared up 2 more doubts before leaving..
went back to cyber and worked abit more on my project.. was feeling super stressed.. so gave up and called it a day.. sent baby home and then went back home myself and started to rush my OOP.. managed to complete majority of the project with some minor bugs here and there.. after that, had to rush my report.. the report wasnt really that complete because i dont really know what to do.. so printed it all out, and gonna show Elvia tomorrow..

1st youth squad training
woke up at 9.30 today and got to NSRCC at 10.20 for my first youth squad training.. all we did today was bowl a 4 game series and Remy walked around, watching us and chit chatting.. he's really a nice and jovial guy.. joked that my game was better than his.. if you compare the pinfall from 2 of my games to 1 of his.. LOL!
went for lunch at the deck after training with a few members of the squad and ordered their nasi goreng.. the service there was totally lousy.. after everyone ordered, they forgot it.. and the drinks arrived only after all the food arrived.. whats more, my brother ordered a glass of watermelon juice.. but they were out and didnt tell him till he asked for it.. then he ordered a glass of orange juice.. but the guy brought apple juice and asked if thats ok with him.. -.-" at the end of the meal, we asked for seperate checks and each took like 10 mins to arrive.. and 1 didnt arrive at all.. so we all just walked away loh..
went back home and slept for awhile before getting up for dinner at T3.. ate at the food court again.. and bought the kopitiam card.. on 1 trip, we already got upgraded to the VIP member.. LOL!! walked around for awhile and bought some stuff.. from royal sporting house: sneaker balls and an adidas water bottle.. from cocoa trees, a bag of jelly beans..

short day
woke up at 1 today.. slacked around home for awhile before leaving at 3 to meet baby at bugis.. we walked to funan and looked around to look at camera and computer games before leaving..
went to city hall mrt after that to top up our ez-link cards and then took a bus back to baby's place 's opposite for dinner.. ate at hong kong cafe and ordered their fresh prawn dumpling noodles and a cup of milk tea with chin chow.. baby ordered the same drink and the peanut butter french toast..
sent baby back home and then took a bus home.. mum and i then went to pick my dad up from his KL day trip at harbour front and then back home again.. the NSRCC youth squad training starts tomorrow!

woke up today at 9 and got to school at 10.45 to meet baby.. had no classes today! XD anyway, went to cyber center to slack around and then went out for lunch with YaWen, Suan Yang and baby at mensa.. i alread had lunch at home before coming to school, so i had 2 pieces of bread instead..
sent baby to her class and then back again to cyber for awhile.. i was working on my java program and i encountered a problem while using the Random() method.. so went to look for Elvia at engine and cleared my doubts..
slacked at cyber for the rest of the day till about 6+ before leaving with baby, Josias, Alfred, Sharon, Dickson and 2 others.. went to ajisan ramen to have dinner.. had their volcano ramen with additional slices of char siew.. the stupid staff actually didnt take my order lah! then had to wait for so long for mine to arrive..
anyway, wanted to talk about what happened today at cyber center with Dickson.. he was really bored sitting at the counter talking to me and SY.. he had his head on his arm and his fingers was twirling a bunch of hair on his back.. then when we decided to go to design canteen for curry puffs, that 1 part of his hair was sticking out very obviously and stayed that way for the whole day.. that is the single most stupid thing that i've seen Dickson, a silent, mature and cool chap, done in my entire life! LOL!

woke up at 7 today and got to school at 8.. waited for baby till about 8.15.. and exchanged gifts! hahaha.. i got her chocs from chocolate factory and a customised CD with a short video inside.. baby gave me a collage and THIS!!! :
its a glass shaped bottle filled with 100 stars and 1 single red heart.. awwww~
went for PSPS today and handed up our assignment 2 before going for lunch with KW at mensa.. had the ipoh hor fun again purely for the mushroom.. LOL!! went back to cyber to finish up my telsys presentation stuff.. Mark joined me for awhile and helped abit.. but still, 90% of the project was done by ME!
went for telsys with Mark and presented as 4th group.. not a bad presentation.. could be better, but could be worse also.. oh well~
went for maths and the teacher let us off very early.. so went to cyber and played mahjong with baby, Delia and Alfred.. won only 1 round out of 3 or 4.. haha! sent baby home after she was done with her meeting.. i'm leaving for the temple in awhile with my dad..

CNY over.. back to school
went to school at 8.15 today to meet baby.. most of her friends were already there and doing some last minute stuff to their projects.. baby followed me to engine 2nd cluster so that she could bind some stuff and i took the lift up for my netfund class.. studied for abit before taking the class test.. quite hard.. haha..
went to cyber after that and slacked for awhile till 12 when Jing Ling and Kai Wen came to look for me to help them do their comprog projects.. they had the same one laaa!! so lucky.. haha! helped for awhile before going to mensa to have lunch.. i finally got to try the ipoh hor fun from the seafood store today.. been wanting to try it since it was featured in campus foods on chanel U ages ago..
so had just that for lunch.. it was alright.. the dumplings' skin were a tad hard, but all in all, it was good.. esp the mushroom man.. i usually dont eat shitake, but this one is an exception.. NO weird mushroomy taste, and FULL of juicy tenderness.. went back to cyber to help them finish their project before heading off to webapps myself.. all we did there was to take a online quiz, did peer evaluation, and we could go.. sent baby home before heading to CS to meet my family.. we ate at the soup kitchen.. really not worth it la.. the fish and the chicken was all right, but definately not worth the $20 and $25 respectively.. the other dishes (beggars ribs & broccoli with scallop) was not up to standard.. all in all, 4 people ate for $115.. not worth it.. probably the last time going there
went to cyber after that and slacked for awhile till 12 when Jing Ling and Kai Wen came to look for me to help them do their comprog projects.. they had the same one laaa!! so lucky.. haha! helped for awhile before going to mensa to have lunch.. i finally got to try the ipoh hor fun from the seafood store today.. been wanting to try it since it was featured in campus foods on chanel U ages ago..
so had just that for lunch.. it was alright.. the dumplings' skin were a tad hard, but all in all, it was good.. esp the mushroom man.. i usually dont eat shitake, but this one is an exception.. NO weird mushroomy taste, and FULL of juicy tenderness.. went back to cyber to help them finish their project before heading off to webapps myself.. all we did there was to take a online quiz, did peer evaluation, and we could go.. I am clinically depressed
took a random test today about depression.. turns out, I AM CLINICALLY DEPRESSED! they say that i should call a suicidal hotline or consult a professional such as a doctor or psychiatrist ASAP..
anyway, woke up at 1 today and had lunch at Aston's Specialities with my family.. long time since i ate there.. ordered the prime ribeye as usual with fries and pasta salad.. went to raffles city after lunch so that my bro could buy his bag.. bought some crumpler one costing 160++.. crazy.. i wouldent pay so much for a bag that everyone has..
went back home after that and slacked for awhile before going to white sands to meet Jyuan (Mark) to do our telsys presentation report.. did at macs from 8 to 10.. had hong kong cafe's roasted duck noodles for dinner before taking the MRT home..

day out with baby
woke up at 10.20 today.. went to baby's house to pick her up before going to parkway to walk around for awhile.. met the rest at the bus stop outside SC's house.. walked about 10 mins to his house and had lunch there, cooked by his mum..
his house is uber nice la.. really modern and it actually has a small pond at the dining area BUILT INTO THE FLOOR ok.. not those cliche, fiberglass, fake looking waterfall types that you can get from anywhere.. the pond is about 2mX2m.. and it's home to 3 stingrays and a huge catfish.. really ZEN man!! im SOOOO gonna have one of those when i have my own house next time.. and and.. in addition to the mini pond, theres a really deep on in the garden.. SC says that it's 2m deep!! OMG
we mainly stayed in SC's room playing cards and later, mahjong.. long time didnt play already.. haha.. kinda rusty.. but still managed to 'hu' about 4 times.. the last round that we played was 'hu-ed' by me with 4 'tais' ok.. dun siao siao.. LOL!
went shopping with baby and cousin after that and had dinner at teppanyaki.. sent baby back home and then went bowling at NSRCC..

CNY day 2.. more hong baos!
woke up at 11.30 today and went to my maternal grandmother's house.. had lunch there and slacked awhile before leaving for my other grand aunt's house.. she's really rich and lives in this 4 story landed property with 2 retrievers.. they're damn cute laaa.. the smaller one, Ronny, seems to like me alot.. follow me wherever i go.. LOL!!
went back home after that and just lazed around.. left for my aunt's house at 7.. all my paternal relatives were there and had a scrumptious dinner of traditional nonya cuisine.. the curry chicken, bah kluak, bawang kepeting and beef rendang was simply delicious! especially when eaten with home made sambal belachan!! met up with my cousin, Adeline there.. long time didnt see her already.. the last time was probably during my birthday chalet.. chit chatted with her and ended up playing blackjack with everyone there.. started with 10 bucks and ended with 10 bucks.. haha!

niusence bowlers
woke up at 12.30 today!! haha.. still felt tired though.. went to my mum's aunty house 1st today and had lunch there not to mention hong baos.. haha.. went to the temple after that followed by my paternal grandparents' niche at serangoon area.. went home after that for an hour before leaving again to watch ah long pte ltd with my family at TM.. the show was very funny.. definetely worth watching.. haha..
went for dinner with my mum and dad at simpang bedok.. tried the new australian restraunt, mad jacks.. had their fish and chips, which IMO, has too much flour.. their cakes look really tempting, but they're too dry and hard.. not worth the money.. went home to get my bowling balls, and then went to the club to bowl..
wanna talk about leisure bowlers here for a moment.. i REALLY cannot stand them man.. NO ettiquet at all.. let me describe to you what a regular idiot bowler would do at the alley:
1) Stand on approach and take his/her time selecting his/her COLOUR CODED ball
2) Finds ball, picks it up, and takes time to find the right spot on the approach to stand on, even though you are already preparing to approach
3) Takes his/her time to aim and compose his/her shot
4) Struts all the way up to the foul line, swing extremely high, steps over the foul line, and release the ball, causing it to soar 2m into the air
5) Ball goes straight into the gutter, but still waits at the foul line with hands still up in the air, posing
6) Once the ball gets into the pin deck, waits till the sweeper comes down, then turn around, walk into your lane and back to his/her ball rack
7) Waits at the ball rack for his/her ball to return, rendering you unable to bowl in the meantime
8) Repeat whole procedure again while his/her friends/family scream, shout and generally make a niusence of themselves whenever you hit so much as a single pin
PLEASE.. i repeat PLEASE.. if any of you are guilty of such behavior, let others who are already on the approach bowl first, THEN bowl.. and when you bowl, DO NOT.. DO NOT TAKE YOUR OWN BLOODY SWEET TIME!! and when you're not bowling, STHU!!!!!! others need to concentrate!!

finally sold off my cam!
woke up at 9 today and got to school at 10 for OOP.. Elvia was still not there.. but it didn't matter cos only 2 people turned up for the lab.. LOL!! slacked throughtout the lab and left for CC after class.. Dickson, Alfred and Noel were there and we decided to go to sungei road to have a look around because apparently, someone bought a Lomo LC-A for a mere 30 bucks there.. so we all wanted to go try our luck.. just FYI, sungei road is just behind simlim tower and its a flea market..
Alfred was ranting the whole time going there about how he wants to find a Leica R6 lying among the junk and how he's going to buy it for 30 bucks.. yeah right.. LOL! missed the stop and dropped outside simlim.. so we went to triple D to get Dickson's film and had lunch at BK before leaving for sungei road.. we saw lots of cool stuff there.. especially cameras.. compacts.. range finders.. SLRs.. there was this particular SLR that was tempting me and Dickson to get it.. but when we opened the back, the shutter was totally not there.. LOL
went to bugis junction after that so that Alfred could get some retail therepy which he really needed.. we ended up at the fountain shooting kids.. i didnt bring my camera.. so i used Dickson's one and Noel said that i looked very natural with the xiao bai (70-200mm f/2.8L USM).. yea right..
went home for like 5 mins before leaving again.. Dickson left his film with me.. so had to go return it to him at the MRT station.. i was also meeting the buyer at the MRT station.. so i brought everything along as well.. i had to stand there and wait half an hour for the buyer to arrive man.. haha.. in the end, sold it off for S$650..
had our tuan yuan fan at home as per tradition.. had steamboat..

short day
woke up at 11 today.. didnt have webapps as we already presented yesterday.. so went to school at 2.. went straight for maths and got back my quiz 2 results.. 20/30.. not fantastic, but its a pass.. i've calculated that i need a minimum of 40 marks in the main exam to pass emaths1.. WHEEE~~
anyway, school today was kinda slack.. didnt do anything much for OOP because Elvia got knocked down by a car while cycling.. so we just slacked around in the lab with the substitute teacher.. went back to cc after that and almost everyone was there.. almost everyone left for china town after that and only Josias, YaWen, Delia and me remained.. Josias was helping YaWen with her program and Delia was scanning her computer for viruses.. i was waiting for baby to be let off from school.. we all left at 6.30 and i met baby at mushroom.. didnt see her for 4 days already!! miss her like crazy.. haha
sent baby home and then took a cab to NSRCC to have dinner.. wanted to bowl, but time was not on my side.. so went home!
i've been trying to sell my cam for quite some time already.. alot of people have made offers and i have accepted 5 of them.. 4 of them took me for a wild ride and in the end, didnt buy it.. just today, someone offered to buy it from me tomorrow.. so hopefully, he'll honour his word..
P.S. Lack of pics because my camera's been in the dry cabinet for the longest time ever.. i dont wanna use it anymore as it will just depreciate the sale value.. haha

sick day at home
woke up at 9 today.. went to the doctor's with my mum and got some meds.. da baoed noodles and went home.. took my meds and slept till 2pm before waking up, having lunch, and taking my meds again..
after that, i slacked around the house and slept again.. after waking up, me and my bro took a train down to my mum's shop to meet her before heading to paragon to walk around.. we actually wanted to eat at ding tai feng, but the que was too much.. so we went to vivo city instead where we were supposed to pick my dad up (he went to KL this morning at 7 and came back the same night at 9).. we had Carl's Junior for dinner.. i have been craving for their portobello mushroom burger for awhile now and its finally satisfied! haha..
still feeling abit sick throughout the day.. not as bad as yesterday, but still kinda sick..

woke up at 12 today.. felt really sick.. had lunch at round market and went to nsrcc to slack around.. went back home and played cs with my bro till about 7.. then left for samy's curry to have dinner and then back to nsrcc to slack again.. i really cannot understand how my bro can bowl so much.. and not care about the others around him.. me and my dad had to wait 2 hours for him to finish.. then went home.. going to see the doc tomorrow..

OMG!!
SOMEONE AGREED TO MY BNP FOR MY CAMERA!! (S$700) YESSAR!!! THE WAIT HAS PAID OFF!! but sadly, i have to wait till monday for confirmation from the guy.. *HOPES AND PRAYS THAT HE ACCEPTS*
anyway, woke up at 10 today and got to school at 11.. slacked around at cyber for awhile and went for my jap presentation 2 at HSS office with my group mates at 1.. the presentation was totally chui lah.. whats worse is that we got Sanae to do the judging.. FYI, she extremely strict and arrogant.. went for OOP lab test after that and it was no different.. i was freezing in there and my nose was dripping like no tomorrow.. actually used up a while pack of tissues within 1 hour! the program we were supposed to create was extremely complicated!!! only managed to get the GUI up and running.. didnt have time to do the actionhandlers..
went back to cyber and slacked for 2 hours while waiting for everyone to arrive.. after that, me, Dickson, Noel and Alfred went to the lomo embassy to have a look around.. we then went for dinner at the new food court on the top floor of bugis junction.. all of us had pepper lunch and i had chin chow and nata for dessert..
Noel went home to study for his test and the rest of us wanted to catch a movie.. but when we tried to rush to cine to catch Sweeny Todd, we were too late.. so shopped around orchard for awhile.. visited kinokuniya and topman.. we were at this perfume section and Alfred sprayed me with 3 different perfumes.. -.-" we also saw lots of weird and funny stuff there like an air freshener with the words 'I LOVE MY PENIS' written on it.. LOL!
we then went to lucky plaza so that Dickson could buy a roll of film for his coloursplash.. stopped by Aik Seng.. one of my dad's customers.. saw the Nikon display.. D200, D300, D3.. OMG! there were cool lenses such as the 10.5 fisheye, 17 - 55, 70 - 200, 100 - 300 etc etc.. on the way home, Dickson and i tried to squeeze into the train bound for pasir ris, but only Dickson managed to get in before the door closed.. so it was an abrupt goodbye.. haha!
