turning 17 in 15 mins time!

wahahahahaha.. its about 11.45 now and im going to turn 17 very soon!! lol.. anyway, the chalet is tomorrow and i can barely wait.. going down at about 2 to check in and prepare for the bbq.. after that nothing much to be done except to cook i guess..

anyway, for today.. woke up at about 12.30 and waited for mum to come back with lunch.. i wasnt hungry yet.. so i went shopping with mum 1st.. gotta buy lotsa stuff for the bbq.. went over to mark's house to pick up the chicken wings and satay etc.. before going to giant tampines to buy the other stuff.. saw darren there.. LOL!! he was shopping with his mum too.. anyway, the total cost of our shopping was 100.85 bucks sia.. LOL!!

went back home and brought everything upstairs.. stayed at home for the whole day untill 5.45 when i went to NSRCC for the funbowl.. i actually totally forgot about it.. untill glenn messeged me and asked if i was bowling.. LOL!! so went down.. i was quite confident that i would do reasonably well today.. and i was right! my score for the 6 game series was 185,241,121,167,188 and 137.. quite happy with myself untill i saw the results.. 4th last.. WTF!! everyone must be on steriods or something..

skip training!!

dammit man.. i didnt go for training today.. i seriously was too tired for it.. woke up at 8.30 and just thought.. bah.. i'll skip it.. haha.. bo bian lah.. really tired.. anyway, went back to sleep and woke up at 12+ when mark called me to go online.. so i went online and we discussed some stuff for the bbq on monday..

we decided not to order the food anymore because of the budget constraint and decided to marinate it.. really got to thank mark's mum for helping us marinate the stuff.. slacked around at home after lunch at 802.. marcus went for tuition and i spent my entire afternoon editing the pics from yesterday's photoshoot.. posted them online at sgforums before going to pick marcus up and going for bowling..

bowled quite well today and my index finger got clipped by my 15lb ball again.. kinda like a newton's cradle effect.. ball, ball, finger, ball. ouch.. went for dinner at simpang bedok before heading back home.. going to sheng siong with mum tomorrow to get more stuff.. so i'll post the pics from the photoshoot yesterday before going to bed

woke up at 8 today because i had to go to work.. so got there by 10 and they were having a fire drill.. so met zach at the raffles MRT exit there.. after awile, we went back to office joined by kiwi and J.. did filing for the whole 7 hours before going to eunos to meet my dad and bro.. we then went home to pick up my photography gear before heading off to NSRCC..

they bowled while i had dinner.. marcus bought a new RevCon and he totally cant use it.. anyway, dad fetched me to kallang for the shoot.. didnt know anyone.. so i just sat around outside mac waiting for them.. turns out they were meeting to my left.. haha.. chatted abit before convoying to kallang stadium carpark to shoot.. cars included were 4 old model swift GTIs, a mini cooper S cabrio, a lexus GS300, 2 mazda 3s, and a few others i cant remember.. lol! anyway, shot for about 2 hours before we split up.. main group heading to yishun dam while i was with HeXy who was sending me back home..

we went over to kallang mac again to have a look at the tiong chias there.. a RX-8 meetup was underway.. so was an evo one and a celica one.. didnt take pics because was just chilling and chatting.. HeXy sent me back home after that.. DAMN funny lah.. HeXy kept getting lost on the way from kallang stadium back to the mac.. we ended up on a pavement lah.. HAHA

kinda pointless day

come to think of it.. today was kidna pointless.. woke up kinda early.. 1.30 today and went straight to slacking around the house.. played bowling on my psp and surfed the web.. zach said that they may need people to work today.. so i was on standby.. lol.. but after awhile, my bro came back from school and said he wanted to go bowling.. so i called zach and he told me that they wont need anyone..

so i told my brother we could go bowling.. and his reply was: i got tuition.. damn him man.. bloody idiot.. in the end, i was slacking at home for the rest of the day till at night when we went to ikea to have dinner.. dad bought himself an untreated pine shelf..

trios league!!

finally, today was the day of the 1st match of the trios league!! did mainly nothing at home today till about 6.30 when we went to the club.. had the honour of bowling the 1st league night..

got to NSRCC at about 6.50 and when i was walking past the gallery, i thought i saw someone who looked like yang sitting over there.. so i called out YANG! but the person nvr reply.. so i jus continued walking.. when i reached the alley, i took out my phone and sms-ed yang.. turns out it was him.. haha! so i went back up to the gallery and had a chat with him about photography.. haha

went back awhile later to have dinner.. a buffet was there for the league bowlers.. the league roll off was at 8.. and we were bowling with bowl tango 1.. people we knew.. haha! francis liew and botak lim.. haha.. my 1st game was really chui.. 113 only.. i was anchor for our team.. so i told myself to relax, and bowl properly.. next game hit 180.. LOL! followed by a 165 and a 186.. haha! i got the 1st and 2nd highest in our 2 lanes.. lol.. it was only because francis was not serious.. he was aiming for pin 10s to bet with the bookie..

bowling training again at safra today.. kit asked me and don to meet earlier to bowl a few games.. settled with 3pm as the meeting time.. end up, me and don were sitting there waiting for kit who was with glenn and the girls playing pool.. idiot.. make us wait only.. LOL

anyway, bowling training started and we bowled the outside today.. 5 - 5 and below.. and i also found another person with the same passion for photography as me!! don took out my D40 and yang was like.. whos cam is that? when i said it was mine, he said.. i brought my D70s.. its in my bag! LOL!! didnt know!! he joined the school photography club.. i also wanna join.. so i left him my details for him to pass on to the main comm..

went to NSRCC after training to book my chalet.. booked for the 1st till the 3rd.. 2 nights.. so if anyone wants to come, dont hesitate to come.. just give me a call when you get there.. went bowling after that and bowled quite well.. my thumb was feeling sore again and i immediately stoped bowling because i dont want to have a blister.. i'm bowling in the trios league tomorrow.. cant afford a blister now.. haha

i just love calling don that.. 6cy.. LOL! dont ask me why.. we just call him that.. its pronounced 'sexy' if you dont know.. anyway, woke up at about 12.30 today and bathed etc etc before catching a cab to pick up 6cy at shell petrol station before heading to NSRCC to bowl..

i brought my camera and tripod today because 6cy wanted me to take some pics.. reached at about 1.45 and started bowling.. bowled a total of 8 games each.. thats 12 bucks each at 1.50 a game.. took quite abit of photos but im too lazy to upload them today.. maybe tomorrow.. anyway, bowled quite crappily today.. 6cy will vouch for that..

stoped at about 5 and went to the arcade and immediately, i blew 2 bucks on the token pushing machine thingy.. LOL i change more tokens and played 2 bucks worth of time crises 3 with don.. i lasted longer!! haha! datona-ed 3X by myself because don went to catch the last bus out of NSRCC.. marcus and dad showed up abit later and they bowling physically while i bowled on my PSP.. LOL!! while they were bowling, i actually got a perfect game (300 pinfalls).. and not only once, but twice, in a row! im so pro! LOL!!

had dinner at home before following my neighbour and her kids around tampines carrying lanterns.. cant remember the last time doing that.. i mean actually carrying them lah.. the past few years was actually more of burning lanterns.. LOL!

woke up at about 12 today.. not enough sleep man.. haha.. anyway, went for bak kut teh lunch at joo chiat and back home again to slack and sleep.. woke up at 6 to get ready to go to chinese garden.. left home at 6.30 to marcus's friend's house to pick him up from tuition before heading to jurong

reached at about 7.30.. the carpark was already full of cars.. there was another carpark ahead which we had to pay to go in.. but it was not full.. LOL! so we parked and went to buy tickets.. the bloody tix are 12 bucks a crack man.. so bloody ex.. the garden itself was not really fabulously interesting or anything.. not worth the 12 bucks.. but got lots of nice shots anyway..

i went on my own while the rest went they're way.. lots of photographers were about today.. high end DSLRs and lense galore! haha.. many people brought tripods.. i dont know why.. the lanters were so bright.. i can hold mine in my hand without the picture being underexposed or blur.. should have brought my external flash though..

at about 8.45, we left the park and went to the nearby jurong superbowl to have dinner at some noodle restraunt much like crystal jade.. and of course, went bowling after that lah.. haha! the 30 lane wooden alley was totally empty and we got prime lanes.. haha.. the lanes were alright lah.. abit on the dry and short side.. played the outside line today.. left at about 10 because marcus had exams tomorrow.. besides, the center was charging me 4.10 a game! retardedness! i'm going to NSRCC with Don and gang tomorrow and we're paying 1.50 only!

Prison Break is back on air!!

i know i know.. its been back on air since monday.. but what the heck! its back!! it was supposed to air in AUGUST.. but it was delayed.. damn Fox.. anyway, i just caught the 1st episode in season 3.. really exciting.. go watch it if you havent.. this season is going to be just as or even more exciting then the previous ones.. new characters such as whistler appears.. now, there are 3 geniuses at SONA.. Scofield, Mahone and Whistler.. cant wait to see how these 3 men will help each other escape..

anyway, woke up at 8.30 today after just 4 hours of sleep.. went to marine bowl for training.. only 5 people were present as the rest were off to safra mount faber for the 40th singapore open.. played the 2 - 2 line today.. damn sian.. lots of gutters.. lesson ended at 12.15 and we went to lagoon to have wanton noodels.. went back home after that to have a hearty 4 hour nap..

woke up at 6.15 and got ready to go down to mum's shop to pick her up for dinner.. stoped by jalan pisang for abit.. there was this new pro shop see.. haha.. its one of the nicest pro shops i've been to.. the owner was the brother in law of kenneth from ken's pro shop.. he has this new fangled ball sander/polisher.. haha.. oh, and a built in lane for you to test your ball.. not a whole lane lah.. just a small section.. the shop had lots of bowling stuff.. they even sell pins! haha.. 30 bucks a pin..

boring day

woke up at 2.30 against my will.. haha! really extremely tired.. dont know why.. slept at about 3.30 yesterday.. anyway, my mum didnt go to work today because she was out golfing.. so she got back at 2.30 and woke me up..

mum ta bao-ed tim sum back from dunnu where the hell for me and i had it for lunch. slacked around for awhile till about 4.45 when marcus had to go for drum lessons.. so i grabed my bowling gear and followed.. waited till marcus was done with his lessons before going to NSRCC to bowl..

bowled alright today.. not bad but not well either.. had dinner at a coffee shop near the round market before going back home..

supposed to meet mark to go to kallang for a car meetup.. we wanted to go take some pictures.. but mark flew my aeroplane again.. zz.. was damn pissed.. i told the people that i was going down.. in the end nvr go also.. kao.. was kinda looking forward to it..

on a happier note, zach collected my pay and im happy to say that im 70 short of my target!! hahaha!! the apple website says that the ipod touch will ship on the 28th.. i think that means that its leaving the US on the 28th.. so i'll have to wait awhile to get it.. if i order online, it will be faster.. summore can engrave name.. downside is that i'll have to ask dad for his credit card to use and that i cannot sell it if i engrave my name on it..

SUP PAPER OVER!

FINALLY! i can go back to my slacking lifestyle again! hahahahaha.. anyway, the paper was tougher than the main.. i was hoping that functions wouldnt come out but there was 16 marks worth of it -.-" oh, and half of my studying time was dedicated to logarithm because i was certain that it would appear.. since the main didnt have any question on it.. guess what? DIDNT EVEN APPEAR.. omg i hate the bloody setter..

woke up at 11 today and slacked around till about 1.45 before taking a cab to school to meet kaiwen and james at mensa.. chatted abit before going to 10-5-14 for the paper.. sat throughout the whole 2 hours of the paper.. at the end, the whole room only had 7 remaining candidates.. the rest all left already.. lol.. went to TM with jeffery for a short while to have tea at tepanyaki before heading home..

wanted to go bowling but marcus had tuition.. idiot.. so i satisfied myself by playing bowling on my PSP!! yea.. i got this new game called "Brunswick Pro Bowling".. quite realistic.. but real bowling is always better.. haha!

sup paper tomorrow

OH MY GOD.. SUP PAPER IS TOMORROW!!! i HOPE and PRAY that my slipshod preparation is enough.. too many distractions during the holidays to study properly..

anyway, woke up at 2.30 today and got straight to studying.. as an act of self control, i didnt even turn my computer on! haha.. anyway.. studied for 2 hours revising all the stuff that i learnt back when i was studying for my mains.. stoped at around 4.30 when my dad asked me to call up NSRCC to ask if theres the trios league meeting today.. i was lazy so i went online to check instead.. turns out the meeting is postponed till 2nd of oct or something..

marcus wanted to go down to bowl.. so ok loh.. since i've already covered most of the topics.. so went down to NSRCC to bowl.. bowled in 2 totally different lane conditions today.. one long and 1 short.. long played 10-10 and short played 25-10.. bowled quite well for both lanes.. had dinner at lagoon before going back home..

2 more days to sup paper

omg.. sup paper is the day after tomorrow.. and i barely started studying yet.. im SOOO DEAD man.. but then again.. its just revising.. i've already mugged for the main exam.. now its just refreshing.. and maybe some more points to pick up..

anyway, woke up at 2.. still sleepy but forced myself to wake up.. have to study what.. right? so i bathed and had lunch and started studying vectors.. got past that quite OK and started on complex numbers.. it was already about 4 at the time and i suddenly remembered.. today was tuesday.. BOWLING TRAINING!!

so got ready and went to safra.. senior ex captain nicholas lam joined us today and his bowling style was damn weird.. his ball's flare is HUGE man.. but he cant really control it.. so it over hooks alot.. bowled for drinks again today.. total of 3 games.. lost 1 won 2 so got a drink from BC.. haha.. THANKS MAN!! this is like my 3rd week running winning already.. they must be damn sian by now.. haha

wedding dinner

nothing much happened today.. stayed at home for the best part of the day doing nothing.. i really feel guilty now because i should have used the time to prepare for my sup paper which is on thursday.. that leaves me only 2 more days to study!! PANIC PANIC PANIC!!!

tomorrow i just HAVE to start.. i just cant start today.. after 2 weeks of slacking, my mind just cant seem to shift to study mode.. haha! have to do it tomorrow.. if not sure fail again =(

dad just gave me my allowance yesterday night and now im only about $100 short to my ipod touch!! cant wait! its launching next friday.. so that gives me about 1 week to get 100.. minusing off tomorrow, wed and thursday where im studying..

anyway, me and dad was invited to a wedding dinner tonight at le meridian.. so we left at about 6 and arrived at 7.30.. the 8 course meal was quite ok with all the usual stuff you see in chinese wedding dinners.. cold dish for starters followed by sharks fin, vegs and prawns, chicken, fish, more vegs, noodles and finally, dessert..

had a nice chat with my cousin adeline whom i've not seen for quite awhile already.. left at about 2.30 for home.. slacked for the rest of the day at home till dinner time where we ate at home.. mum fried some cod fish.. simply delicious man.. cod dont come cheap but it sure as hell is delicious.. anyway, went to NSRCC after dinner to bowl again..

bowled my 5th 200 today.. and i hit 200 spot on.. haha! bowled for awhile before being joined by uncle john.. he was here with his daughter and niece who went to the karaoke.. he decided to join us because bowling by himself was not fun.. haha!

MY NEW RECORD!! beat my previous 2X man.. haha.. bowling 18 games today (the other 18 was bowled by my bro).. thats not including the additional games from this morning's training at marine bowl.. its been a long time since i've went down to AK's training.. so i thought i'd go down today.. played the 3, 3 line again today and i got the hang of it already! yay!

went to da bao lunch at samy's curry and brought home because marcus didnt want to go for training.. lazy fag.. anyway, my uncle was driving around bedok this morning when suddenly, he felt pain in his heart area.. to quickly pulled over and went into a shop and told them to call an ambulance.. he suffered a minor heart attack and is now in intensive care at CGH.. hope he gets well soon.. he's my favourite uncle..

went to visit after lunch but my cousins went back already and he was sleeping, so we went home.. went again at about 5 when everyone was there.. so we chatted abit before going to NSRCC.. dad droped us off there and went to pick up mum for a wedding dinner.. so me and marcus were left there to bowl for about 5 hours.. that explains the nice big fee.. haha..
