Transformers!!

just went to catch transformers at TM with Jeff and Andrew.. great movie man.. totally worth watching.. the movie was action packed all the way to the end.. although i have to say that the cameraman should be fired.. he cant even hold the camera steady while shooting lah.. the whole screen kept rocking from side to side.. everyone got a splitting headache after the movie..

theres a few parts such as when main character guy accidentally mutates a car, a box and a vending machine into evil robots.. nothing is heard of these robots from then on.. WTF!? and what happen to the saleen evil robot(the police car 1)? they cant have just dissapeared right after the main baddie kicked the bucket right!?

but all in all, given the no links and motion sickness, i'd give the movie a respectable 8.5/10 for pure excitement and non stop andrenaline pumping battle scenes..

too sick for school

i woke up today feeling even worse than yesterday.. coughing non stop and nose dripping like a leaking faucet.. i was also running a temperature.. so i decided not to go to school today and went over to the doctors instead..

the doc said my throat was red and inflamed.. so he gave me an MC, some anti-biotic, and told me to get some sleep..

so i had lunch, went home and slept for a good 4 hours.. i only woke up when marcus shook me and told me that we're going bowling.. XD

so we went to NSRCC to bowl again.. we only had time to play a couple of games because it was NSRCC's turn to host the national league.. besides, 1 game was enough for my blister to become red and raw again.. so i asked uncle james to help me smoothen the thumb insert to reduce friction.. alot of pro bowlers turned up for the league.. remy ong was also there to represent NSRCC.. i can only hope that one day i'll be good enough to compete in the singapore open..

im sick!

omg im sick.. sore throat, cough, and the flu.. and i think im even running a fever..

this is just great.. i cant wait for school to start... and when it finally does, i fall sick.. just GREAT! im not even sure if im going to school tomorrow.. i didnt do the holiday assignment for writoral.. and me being sick is a great excuse for me not to go!! but then again.. we're having web apps tomorrow.. one of my favourite subjects.. we're animating stuff on flash tomorrow!!

so i guess that im just gonna see which is more important when i wake up tomorrow.. flash animation, or another week to finish up my holiday assignment..

i got to school today feeling like hell and stuck through the 4 grueling hours of tutorials.. the bloody effcomms teacher miss D'cotta.. shes so fucking stuck up lah.. ang moh so what? get to push us around ah.. hate these bloody caucasian asswipes.. think that they're superior to asians.. every little mistake that i made in my posting also have to make fun of.. i made a typo error when spelling manage.. i typed it as mangae.. she had to tell the whole sodding class as if i'd just told goerge bush to fuck off.. bloody yank..

maths and enginfund was a total drag.. i was litterally counting the minutes down to APEL..

typical school day

what happens on a typical school day for me? well.. i wake up at 10, get ready of school, and then leave.

when i reach school at about 11.45 by car, i'll pop by the canteen for a drink/light snack before heading to class.. for today, i bought a burger and went for my maths lecture at the LT.. after maths lec, we poped by the canteen again before heading for our web application lab.. the old 'edna mode'/'tweety bird' had resigned.. LOL so we have a new teacher and IMO, is alot better than our old one.. we started on flash today and did some very basic flash stuff.. jus getting used to layers and stuff.. no animating or anything.. anyway, after web apps, we headed straight to maths tutorial and we got our term test results back..

and no surprises, i failed miserably.. 34/100.. LOL!! but what really pissed me off was question A1.. it was about solving the equation and find X.. sounds simple right? and i dont know what in god's given name was going through my mind at the time.. but,

4X² + 4X = 0
2X = 0

WTF!?!? i must be delusional or something..

we went over to jupiter cafe for high tea after our tutorial and stayed for awhile chit chatting before heading home.. so thats a typical school day for me!

first day of school!

finally school starts!! what a way to start off my first day.. dropped off at the wrong end of engine school and had to walk all the way to the other end to get to engine fund lab.. and i even got lost on the way! so pro right!? when i finally got there, gani was late again.. so we waited outside

engfund lab was ok.. alot of ppl totally forgot how to work the bread board and stuff.. haha! after class, gani let us check our total marks after term test and that quiz tingy.. i got 74%.. so amazing!!

today, after so many days of skipping lectures in the past, i FINALLY attended both lecs.. although i din't learn anything from both of them.. they're still going on about last term's stuff..

went with kaiwen and sis to ikea after school to shop for kaiwen's stuff for his new bedroom.. he wanted to get a sofa-bed, a bed and a study table.. so we walked around for abit before we went home..

went bowling again after that.. HAHA!! i said i won't bowl anymore for the time being.. i know.. but i cant fight the temptation!! so as usual, another injury.. this time, my blister's skin totally came off.. so now its in a bandage looking as though its been reatatched..

pretty eventful day

i woke up today thinking that todays gonna be boring as hell.. but on the contrary, it turned out to be quite eventful.. kaiwen die die also wanted to paint his new room today.. so i went over to help him with it.. he bought a 5L tin of paint, 2 roller brush thingys, and 2 paint trays.. the colour of the paint was supposed to be lilac white.. thats like white with a tinge of grey.. but it turned out to be almost like pure white..

so i spent a good part of the day in kaiwen's new room which was striped bare.. me and kaiwen were painting the major areas while kaiwen's sis, Jing Ling, was doing the hard to reach areas where the rollers couldent reach..

my family came to pic me up after that and we all went over to NSRCC.. they're having their monthly fun bowl and i was really pissed i've got that damn blister.. so with me unable to take part, marcus went himself.. and i swear that he got lucky today.. came in 21 out of 48 and won himself 10 bucks -.-"

now that i've think about it, everything i've said about marcus's bowling is turning out the opposite.. i told someone (cant remember who) that im gonna beat marcus to 200 first.. and guess what? he got there.. i told kaiwen this afternoon that marcus is not gonna win anything.. and now he's gone and won himself $10..

anyways, SCHOOL STARTS TOMORROW!!!

LMAO!! i said that i'm not gonna bowl anymore, but i couldnt resist it!! XD!! i know.. most of ya'll are probably saying.. u asking for it.. so maybe i am.. but bowlings my passion.. besides, the blister wasnt hurting anymore.. so i'd thought i'd just bowl a few games.. who knew that the few games turned out to be 5 consecutive.. halfway through the last one, i looked down and i was like.. WTF IS THIS!?

2 drift machines

saw these 2 fine tuned drifting machines when we were walking towards Victor's superbowl..
im not sure what model this is.. i'll check it out tomorrow and update again.. its a rear engine and rear wheel drived.. not ideal for drifting, if you ask me.. it had the D1 grand prix on it though..

3 more days till school reopens!!

i dont believe that the day would come that i actually counted down to the day school reopens.. but my life is so boring that im actually anticipating it.. OMG..

to put today short, i STONED at home today till dinnertime when we went to jalan sultan to try the 'famous' sup tulang.. turned out that its nothing special.. opposite the shop is a shoping center with a starbowl branch on the top floor.. so we headed over to see what the lanes were like..

plaza starbowl had 20 Brunswick synthetic lanes and their pins look as if they're hollow.. so easily knocked down.. but i noticed that the pin 7 always stands.. so we got psyched about bowling and daddy suggested that we go over to marina south's superbowl..

marina's superbowl featured a whopping 36 AMF wodden lanes.. but when we got there, w found out that we've left the balls at home.. DAMN.. so all we could do was watch again.. their pro shop there featured a wide selection of balls.. we then walked over to ANOTHER bowling center..

Victor's superbowl had 32 AMF woodens but i couldent help but notice that they didnt have a ramp.. so people with their own balls have to carry their heavy balls down 2 flights of steps to reach the lanes..

so in short, i visited 3 bowling centers today and didnt bowl at all.. DAYUM

P.S. All 3 bowling centers are going to be closed down soon.. =(

omg.. i swear that todays one of the most boring days in my entire life.. woke up at 10 today feeling damn tired.. wanted to continue sleeping but i was supposed to meet YH they all at school for badminton.. so i got ready and all.. at 11, i phoned them to ask where are they.. guess what? CANCELED!! i could have continued sleeping.. but for the sake of my friends, i woke up.. AND THEY CANCELED IT WITHOUT LETTING ME KNOW!!!

grr.. so i stayed at home for the ENTIRE day untill about dinner time where we went to NSRCC.. i bowled 2 games today and both were like shit compliments to my blister.. so we went for dinner at the pool side cafe and then went home..

ok, i was joking.. but my life is getting more and more boring.. i seriously cant believe that im saying this, but I MISS SCHOOL!! during school days im always hanging out with my friends and getting busy.. during the holidays im so lifeless.. stay at home and slack the entire day..

ok, todays not THAT boring.. Amanda came over to ask me to help her with her school project which required the use of photoshop.. im not very good with photoshop, but i've used it quite a few times before and know the basics..

after amanda went home, we went bowling again and marcus got a new high of 232 -.-" depression.. my blister grew about 3mm more and is seriously killing me..

a day of pure bowling

spent the ENTIRE day at the country club bowling a marathon.. haha.. the last time i bowled was almost a week ago man.. thats LONG for me.. so since i missed bowling so much, me and marc took a cab down to NSRCC to bowl first before daddy joined us at around 6..

bowled pretty well today.. scored a 197 highest..that led me to notice something.. whenever you dont practise something for awhile, you magically get better at it.. hmm.. LOL.. anyway, my previous high score was also 197.. so that makes it 2 times that i've hit my high.. marc's high is 1 pinfall more than me.. 198.. should have gotten over 200.. but the damn pins dint want to fall.. grrr

i bowled so much that i've got myself another blister.. thats like.. the 6th?? the rest have healed but they're all around my thumb area.. so i stopped bowling and walked around for abit..

one of the pin chasers (the mechanics who work behind the scenes) was sitting down and i went over to join him.. i think i know all the staff who works there.. haha! anyway, i asked if he would let me see what happens behind the lanes and he graciously agreed.. i never knew what was behind the magical door that leads to the back of the lanes.. and today was my first time inside..

busy first day back

today's been very busy for me.. woke up at 10 and slacked till about 12 when me and marcus followed my mum over to lucky plaza to meet some friends of hers for lunch.. as any singaporean knows, the nasi lemak over at lucky plaza is SUPER nice.. so we had nasi lemak for lunch (after waiting in que for 10 mins)..

after lunch, we headed over to center point to walk around.. my mum and her friends walked around marks and spencer while me and lil bro sat at a coffee joint inside M&S for some refreshments.. daddy came after awhile to pick me and marc up while mummy continued to shop at orchard area..

while we were walking over to centerpoint from lucky plaza, we saw no less than 3 ferarris.. 1 360 modena, 1 612 scaglietti, and an old vintage 1.. they all were moving too fast for me to snap any shots though.. :(

we headed back home for awhile before i went over to school to meet kaiwen and james for the ophix barbeque.. met them at block 10 lelve 2 and waited for them to bathe, style their hair and stuff for one hour before we could finally take a cab over to pasir ris park..

the BBQ was quite ok.. the food was good, but IMO, too little.. the lack of convinience stores around ment that some guys had to walk half an hour from pit 45 to the cheers at downtown east to get ice and stuff (which was half melted by the time they got back)..

we hung around and went over to the playground where there was this huge disc thing that was tilted at an angle.. me, kaiwen and raazmy got on and played on it for awhile untill james and gang showed up and started to spin the thing untill we were all dizzy.. when they finally stopped, kaiwen and raz quickly got off because they're on the low side and james promptly started to spin it again, with me on it.. arshole..
