woke up today at 9 and still felt sleepy even with 9 and a half hours of sleep.. went to school anyway, and was nearly late for mobcom.. the teacher was describing the lab today and he was saying that it was very hard and how his previous class took 3 hours to complete the lab.. i know now that they took 3 hours because he was talking for 2 hours, and left them 1 hour to complete.. he's a very funny lecturer.. loves to talk and off topic alot..

anyway, we were lucky i guess.. he took 1 and a half hour to talk cock, half an hour to explain the lab, and i finished the lab in half an hour.. so went off half an hour early to have lunch with KW.. slacked with him for an hour before going to CC.. chilled around and submitted the seal points for the Click! comp before going for emaths tutorial and my first ever public speaking lecture.. it was kinda cool.. but still, lonely.. haha!

after class, went back to cc to meet up with Alfred, Delia, Dickson, Geraldine, Noel, and Yawen for dinner.. we decided to go to the new E!Hub at downtown east.. the place was really cool on the outside with lots of flashing lights, but on the inside, it was kinda boring with lots of place closed.. the indoor ferris wheel is quite cool though.. had dinner at superdog before going home..

Geraldine had her first experience with my iPod Touch today and she was totally freaking out.. LOL! super funny.. tried to draw in sketches with parts of her body like elbow, ears and cheeks.. LOL!

sick II

woke up at 8 today and decided that im not going to go to school due to fever.. so went down to the doctors instead and got myself slapped with 4 medicines.. had breakfast/lunch and then ate my meds before going to sleep again.. woke up at 3, and took another dose of meds before taking a cab to school..

met everyone at mensa 2 and then went back down to cyber to chill.. uploaded everything into the viao before going up to the meeting room for bowling meeting.. the AGM didnt last long.. quite noisy and we were told that there was going to be a bowling forum for the freshies this wed, and the roll off on the following saturday.. so have to be present for both..

dad fetched me home and baby went home herself today.. =(

sick

woke up at 9 today and went for bowling training.. Remy was there this week and we bowled a few games and my brother actually raked up 120 in push-ups.. but luckily, Remy was feeling kind today and allowed us to 'go back and complete'.. yeah right..

went for lunch at the deck after training and then went for a bath before taking the MRT to bugis to meet baby and friends.. we shared a huge cup (bucket) of milk tea which was free given the occasion (a friend's birthday).. walked around bugis abit before taking a bus back with baby..

went to parkway parade to meet my parents before going to the opticians to make my new specs.. decided on a very light and flexible one with changable sides.. i chose white and red.. haha! went for dinner at samy's curry before going back home..

feeling abit sick now.. and lots of stress.. tomorrow is the day i have to have the new exhibition up.. that includes:

1) Printing the photos
2) Cutting the photos to size
3) Framing the photos
4) Printing, laminating, cutting the name tags
5) Putting up for display

all that and more.. like how i've only got a few photos, and how about only 2 people are going to do the whole thing.. stress man..

woke up at 11.30 today and went for lunch with my bro and dad at century square.. had sakae's teppanyaki.. the food was not that bad, but a tad expensive.. after lunch, went to meet Dickson at tampines platform.. he was wearing his fedora hat and was hard to miss.. haha! took the train down to city hall and waited for Suan to arrive..

when he finally arrived, we went over peninsula to look for Dickson's new 1D mkII, but the shop was sold out.. so Suan suggested that we visit a few more shops at the basement.. but sadly, they all didnt have any.. only a shop where Suan knew the owner had it, but the owner didnt have it with him at that time.. so Dickson called someone he found on clubsnap to deal..

went over to subway so they could eat something before we all walked to the esplanade library.. that was where i got super unlucky.. i wanted a chocolate fudge cake, but the guy infront bought the last piece.. so i thought id have the chocolate banana thingy, but the last piece also got taken -.-"..  so had to eat the un-nice oreo cheesecake.. walked to bugis after that to meet the clubsnap guy whom was selling the 1D, but Dickson didnt like the condition.. so left and walked to SLS where we looked around before deciding to go to PS to have dinner at Sharon's mum's store..

5th month

HAPPY 5TH MONTH BABY~~

didnt update yesterday as my computer had some problem starting up.. and i couldent use my mac as it was being used in the recruitment drive.. so didnt blog.. anyway, yesterday was a simple day.. went for classes, and then went to the booth to help out again.. more people came for the studio shoot this time.. haha!

as for today, woke up at 7 and went to school at 8 to meet baby.. helped baby locate her law classroom before going to engine for wireless lab/tut.. the foreign teacher was quite ok.. let us off after only 30 mins.. haha! so went down to the booth early and helped out.. they were supposed to help all the CCA groups shoot their portraits.. so helped abit before meeting baby at 11 to go to subway for lunch.. after getting back, went to the iHub room for the 2nd time to find out that it is still closed.. went back to the booth and was told by PH that we won the best decorated booth and asked me to go collect the prize.. yay~

went back to cyber early today as there was going to be a fire drill where everyone is supposed to go to the sports hall or something.. so we packed up everything at 4 and left at 4.15 to visit the iHub room 1 more time.. CLOSED! (4th visit).. went back to take a bath before going out again for dinner with Ben, Selina, Xin and her new boyfriend Aaron.. celebrated Selina's birthday at the macs at east coast before going home

woke up at 8 today and got to school at 9.. went straight to the VC booth to pass Alfred and KX my camera, which was to be used for the studio shoots. went for ASP lab after that.. class today was easy.. just follow the instructions on the book.. finished it qutie fast and waited for everyone else.. after classes, went back to the VC booth to help out.. took some shots with the studio lights.. but no one was really keen on taking because they were all pai seh.. haha

a total of 123 people joined on today alone.. still 2 more days to go! so far, 4 nikons and a few canons.. and the most intresting of all, a Sony Alpha user! hahaha.. cannot wait to meet them all.. they were giving out free coke zero today.. and we took like 15 bottles of it.. haha.. PH also took 2 cartons for VC..

went opposite school to print a picture for baby today.. put it in a thumbdrive from cyber and cycled to the shop.. but the thumbdrive was spoiled.. so had to cycle back to cc again to get another one.. and mind you, its a big round because i cannot cycle on the bridge.. the kodak shop charges $8 for S8R prints.. super expensive!!! more than 2X of what triple D charged me.. collected the print with baby after packing up and took a cab back

woke up at 8 today and lugged the super heavy strobe set to school today.. no one was there but Humphrey and Sara (new temp staff).. so left for class after that and went for my first mobile computing (mobcom) class.. the teacher was super funny and loves side tracking.. one moment he was talking about something, the next moment about another non-relevant thing.. one moment the topic was 1G,2G,3G phones, the next, what percentage of the population is using handphones (127%).. the class ended an hour early and i went down to cyber after that..

slacked alot at cyber and played with the strobes abit with Dickson and JY in the darkroom.. went for emaths2 tutorial again at 5.. understood the lessons quite clearly.. should be able to clear the subject! wahahaha~ sent baby home after that before going home myself

woke up at 7 today for the first day of school.. got to my first class of the semester (ewebapps) and sat through the whole 3.15 hours of it.. break was spent with KW and sis eating at short circuit and then doing my add/drop CDS.. went for lectures following that before going for another 2 labs of ASP.NET programing.. didnt really program today, just sat and listened to my old webapps1 teacher..

we were let off early, and i went to add/drop CDS again today as i was posted to french.. went for a pretty easy emaths2 tutorial before heading to CC where baby bought me a donut and sandwiches even though i told her not to =( left after awhile to send baby home..

after sending baby home, went to meet the rest of m VC mates at SLS where they were at Orient photo buying the studio strobes.. as no one really wanted to carry the humongous and not to mention heavy case of 3 200w strobes, 3 tripods, 2 diffusers, 1 umbrella and various other cables back, i volunteered as i was going to school by car the next day.. went for dinner at the basement foodcourt before me, Dickson and Noel went home via train and the rest, the arcade

woke up at 9 today and got ready for training.. got to NSRCC at 10.15 and had breakfast there before training.. training today was really slack as Remy was not in Singapore.. so we didnt have a coach and all we did was bowl freely.. wanted to go for lunch after training, but i had to roll-off for the wednesday league night as no one was free then.. my thumb was really hurting but they said that i HAD to bowl.. felt quite pissed as i was forced to bowl against my will..

had lunch with mum, bro and Nic Lee before heading home.. took a bath at home and then went to vivo city to wait for my dad.. walked around and visited page one, canon link, and some other places before having dinner at marche.. the food was so-so.. but super expensive.. walked around abit more and bought myself a macase (macbook sleeve) which cost $60.. there was a plain white zipper one which cost $24 and a bulky one with lots of pockets for $40, but the one i bought is alot more cushioned and has a small window to display the apple logo.. LOL!

went back home after that

woke up at 11 today and got to triple D at 12 via car as my mum has the car (my dads in malaysia) helped baby print her SYPA shots there.. the uncle was very kind and only charged me $3.50 per S8R print.. but baby only sent me 3 full res pics.. so the rest i didnt print.. walked all the way to the central to meet Josias, YaWen, Delia, Noel and Alfred.. they all had lunch except for Noel and myself.. we walked from the central all the way to suntec city and then to millenia walk where Delia left us to shoot her cosplay shoot.. the rest of us went to coffee bean to have a drink and in me and Noel's case, lunch..

had their mushroom and chicken fusilli and my regular ice blended mocha.. cost me a whoping 16+ bucks man.. left after awhile and walked to bugis to meet baby after her jap class.. on the way, saw 2 mesaratis, 4 porches, 1 lambo, a nissan silvia, and the rarest of all, A MERCEDES-BENZ CLK DTM!! like OMFG!! number plate was SS55S.. so easy to remember.. everything looked the same.. LOL!

went to collect the photos with baby and sent the remaining 3 for printing in the meantime.. went back to bugis junction's arcade to meet the rest before going to TCC to have a coffee break and wait for Delia.. once Delia joined us, we went to have dinner at the food court.. ate pepper lunch for dinner (pun intended) and mum fetched me, baby and Noel back home

Week 0

woke up at 7 today and got to school at 8.. was supposed to meet the rest of the morning shift photogs there, but i was the only one.. the rest were late.. so anyway, went over to the secondary school regatta first and i got the chance to ride with the starter boat.. so got some shots which others on the shore might not get.. the others were on the shore taking the important group shots..

went back to cyber after that and slacked for awhile and had lunch before everyone left for their olympiad.. me, Dickson and Suan went over to the reservoir again to row for the combined CCA boat.. but the boat was full.. so we got to row in the Principal's boat instead.. we were placed in front and we had 2 dragon boaters in the rear to give us massive power.. haha! we came in second behind the dragon boat alumni and ahead of the SU and the CCA boat.. so got medals! haha

went back to cyber for a breather before sending everyone for the jam and hop.. went over myself without my camera to have a look at the event.. KW was there performing.. left after awhile and had hour own mini jam'n'hop at cyber center before leaving for supper at prata paradise

TPVC Exhibition Preparation day 2

woke up at 8 today and got to school at 9.. no one else from my team were there.. so i set about doing my own stuff before YaWen, Alfred, Delia, Josias and Dickson joined me.. we printed the second batch of photos, bought 20 feet of velcro, 2 rolls of heavy duty mounting tape, framed every photo including the click! winners, added name tags for every photo, attatched velcro to every frame, set up the display boards, and set up the whole exhibition..

finally got to take a break at 3.. didnt have anything to eat since then.. so went for lunch with Suan and Dickson.. while the rest went off to get new stuff, me, baby and LY went to Ikea again to get more frames.. turns out that my idea of using frames was widely accepted! haha.. took another cab back to school and chilled for awhile with Suan and Dick before sending baby home

today might have been a very tiring day for us all.. but i really have to thank everyone who was there to help me.. if not for you guys, this would not even have been possible.. thanks to everyone especially YaWen, Alfred, Noel, Josias, Suan Yang and Delia for coming down and helping me for hours on end even though you guys were not in my team.. a really big THANK YOU! love you guys man.. TPVC RAWKS!!

TPVC Exhibition Preparation

woke up today at 9 and reached school at 10.. thought that cyber would be open, but it was closed as PH was at a meeting.. so went to library to chill while waiting.. Noel joined me and we waited for YaWen.. she called shortly after and we went down to cyber to look for her.. when we got there, we realised that cyber was already opened.. so went inside and organised all the photos for the exhibition before going for lunch.. YaWen very kindly bought CJ's on her way to school for me and Noel..

went back after lunch and then went to xorex to print all 21 pictures we currently had.. after that, we had to think of ideas for mounting them.. we decided not to use the old fashioned mounting boards and decided to get frames, not unlike the ones that i use at home.. so after meeting Suan and Dickson and loosing Noel, the remaining 4 of us went to Ikea and bought 30 of the same frames which i have.. total cost was $165.. less than half of our budget.. haha! took a cab back to school and started mounting the pictures.. we decided that the white edges from the pics should be cut away as it was ugly.. so we set about doing it and managed to finish it all with the help of Delia who joined us..

there are lots of things which remains to be done.. so have to go back tomorrow at 9 to continue! had dinner at CC.. ate Dickson's free dinner from ASc as he wasent hungry before heading home

The Singapore Zoological Gardens

the last time i've been to the zoo, as i've just recalled today, was when i was in primary 2.. about 10 years ago..

anyway, woke up today at 7 and met the rest at eunos MRT platform.. we then took the train all the way to jurong east and switched to the red line to get to chua chu kang.. took 927 to the zoo and waited for Pui Ye to arrive.. Noel's dad graciously lent us his company's free zoo pass cards.. we went in and told the person there that we had 1 more in our party who hasnt arrived yet.. so in we went and walked around for abit and visited the otters first.. we stopped by a pond for a breather and that was when Josias joined us.. so our party consisting of me, baby, Josias, Noel, Pui Ye and Liu Ying was complete..

we just toured the zoo after that and visited lots of stuff.. had lunch at the KFC where i had a nasty experience involving of ants in my mountain dew.. went for lots of feedings after lunch.. visited the lions first where i got my best shot of the day.. we then went on to see the white tiger's feeding and the pygmy hippo's feeding.. walked around some more before it started to drizzle.. the trip was kind of fun, but kind of dissapointing for me because there were other places such as the fragile forest where we didnt get to visit..

Pui Ye and Noel left us and the rest of us took a bus down to AMK Hub to have dinner before heading home

woke up today at 10 and met baby at paya lebar MRT at 11.. we took the train down to clark quay and had lunch at the central before walking around clark quay.. stopped at liang court to look at meidi-ya (the jap supermarket) and then walked back to the central to shop abit..

took 197 to east coast park after that and chilled for awhile before sending baby home.. Dickson called me and asked if i wanted to go have dinner with the VC Flan.. so agreed and went to suntec.. when i arrived, they were still in school.. so went to the koi garden to emo.. luckily, Josias reached about 30 mins after i arrived and met up with him before meeting the rest..

so in total, we had 7 people (Me, Josias, Dickson, Noel, Alfred, Geraldine and Alvin) and we went to the spicy ramen place again.. i was the only one who ordered the 6 chillis (much to the protests of my Flan members who were expecting me to eat 8).. after dinner, headed straight home via MRT

returning of the D200s

woke up past 1 today!! was super late for the meeting at 1.30 with Dickson.. but apparently, everyone woke up late also.. haha! so delayed.. met Noel at the Kembangan MRT and we went to return the D200s at Jason's first before meeting Dickson at funan.. the 3 of us then went over to the food court and the 2 ate pepper lunch.. YaWen and Alfred joined us there and we left after lunch..

went to the esplanade after that and just basically slacked there for the rest of the day at the cafe where we all ordered cakes and drinks.. we only left when they told us that they were closing.. so we went to have dinner at CJ.. ordered the usual portabello mushroom burger.. stayed at CJs for a very long time before leaving.. we were all chatting and not wanting to leave.. haha! while talking about takashimaya, Dickson, who was looking downwards, suddenly looked up at Alfred and asked :" are your balls small?". classic

FOC 2008

okay.. just got back from staying over for 2 nights at cyber during FOC..

FOC day 1:

woke up at 8 and got to school at 9.. shot the arts induction camp for awhile before returning to cyber center to slack around.. i wasnt posted to shoot the registration for FOC.. only left again to cover the supposed tampines wide games, which got rained on.. so covered it in school.. my station was at the ITAS concourse.. quite hard to shoot as the lighting was horrendeous.. went to da bao some food back for supper.. went up to the darkroom to play mahjong with Suan, YaWen and Alfred with my mini mahjong set.. which was super hard to play with.. haha! watched the clan of the white lotus with the guys also.. super funny especially with Suan there..

FOC day 2:

slept at about 5 and woke up at 8 for my day as IC.. Suan had already left to cover the morning PT by himself.. the next event was the handsign song, school song and mass dance.. didnt really join them for that event.. spent my time in cyber delegating.. haha! next event was the opposite school games which didnt get rain on.. so sent the photographers out and then about 30 mins later, went on my bike to look for them and give them water.. cycled everywhere and looked high and low for everyone.. after that was the jam and hop which was super LAME! the lights in the sports complex was ON lah.. met KW there.. he was denied entry as he was not a freshie.. borrowed his hat and went downstairs where Dickson was playing with it.. after the JnH, we went for Alfred's treasure hunt.. it was quite fun! found most of the places, but missed out 3.. my team 'UNO', consisted of me, YaWen, Josias, Janis and Geraldine.. 'UNO GAME!' hahaha

FOC day 3:

got woken up by Josias at 8.30 and prepared for the 9.00 school wide games.. got posted to the swimming pool.. the furthest.. haha! so cycled there.. the games were fun and i got slightly wet.. so did my camera.. but its okay~ had fun.. cycled back and slacked.. almost everyone ate macs and i ate the free SU food.. i just sat around and slacked alot while the others went to shoot hunt-gry.. after that, we all went to the sports complex again to see the video that Sharon made.. alot of the graduating people cried.. haha! went back to cyber to pack up the place.. then went for dinner opposite school before going back to cyber and leaving.. dad picked me up and we went to NSRCC for awhile before going home

FOW day 3

500th POST~~~

anyway, woke up at 7 again today and got to school at 8 for the 3rd day in a row.. shot the station games in the morning.. i was stationed at the koi pond and my camera got slightly wet when they indescriminately threw water around.. didnt affect the lens though.. im not as worried about the splash proof body =P

got back from the station games and got to slack awhile before moving off to shoot hunt-gry.. got a complaint from main comm that someone from VC threw a waterbomb at the freshies (who were supposed to get wet in the first place) and that sort of 'disrupted' their games.. right.. what about the water bombs threw to us when we were with multi-thousand-dollar equipment in our hands? i guess that didnt count.. VC is serverly taken for granted..

moving on, i was posted with komez and followed them throughout the game.. it was kinda boring with alot of repeated shots.. but persevered and finally got called back to cyber at 4.. slacked around some more and then left to see the video that Sharon and group worked so damn hard to push out and all the SU could do was sit around and bitch about how slow it took..

anyway, on a happier note, Dickson came back to cyber on the day he landed in singapore!! we all miss him so much! *ahem* anyway.. after the video thingy, me, Dickson, Suan and Alvin went outside and did a small shoot with Suan thousand++ bike using my D300, baby's SB-600 and JY's SB-800.. Suan did a wheelie and i shot it just before the sprinklers went on.. so went back inside!

FOW day 2

woke up at 7 again today and got to school at 8.. cyber was not open and had to wait outside with baby till PH arrived at 8.45.. went inside and prepared for the morning shift.. Alfred, Kai Xin and Pui Ye joined us and we all left for the sports hall to cover the freshies learning the handsign song and a small part of the mass dance.. we were supposed to shoot till 11.45, but Alfred (the IC) mislead us to thinking it was 11.. so went back prematurely.. haha!

slacked in cyber for awhile and only went out again to shoot the games which were in TP because of the rain.. me and Noel switched cameras.. so he was using my ultra-wide and i his 70-200mm.. Alfred tried out my lens in the morning and (i think) he really liked it.. see! its a good combo right? =P

went back to cyber to chill and left after awhile for the act preparation with Alfred.. got all our safe shots and then went back.. for the performance night, almost everyone left.. only Pui Ye, me, baby, Kai Xin, YaWen and Alfred remained behind.. went off quite early to send baby home

FOW day 1

woke up at 6+ today and got to school at 7.50.. went to the sports complex with full gear and shot abit before being posted off to the entrances where the welcoming committees were.. shot a few safe shots and then went back to the sports hall.. shot abit more and then went back to cyber.. slacked there and waited for the morning group to return while the noon group went out.. the morning batch and the afternoon batch had lunch at mensa and then back to cyber..

Suan Yang and myself went back home to get my bikes and then cycled to school as they needed the bikes to go around tampines central for the games.. i followed 2 different groups and walked from tp to 814 to tampines safra to 100+ to 200+ to tampines mall to regional library to the nissan showroom and then took a bus back to tp.. so super tired lah!! everyone else was tired.. so only Suan remained to shoot the debrief..

most of us went to T3 to have dinner.. the whole journey was filled with Suan-induced laughter.. haha! while the rest went home, me, Alfred and Noel went to coffee bean to chill before heading home.. Noel was meeting his parents at T1 at 11.40.. so me and Alfred, taking the same bus, went off first.. we waited like idiots at the T3 bus depot for 15 mins before the announcement that the bus depot was closed due to a vehicle breakdown.. so had to take the skytrain back to T1 and take the bus from there instead..

woke up at 9 today and went for training.. bowled quite ok today.. at least striked a 6-pack on 6 different lanes.. haha! the game for today was that we were supposed to start on lane 1, and work our way to lane 16.. 1 throw per lane, and it has to be a spare or a strike. if not, you'll have to go back to the previous lane.. people who completed the game gets $5 from Remy.. i got all the way to lane 14 lah.. then Remy announced that each remaining lanes = 5 push-ups.. so i thought.. 15.. well thats ok.. until he said that we are a team and we have to do the total average -.-"

ended up doing 30 man.. because of some people like my brother who owe 50.. anyway, had lunch with the usuals at the newly reopened deck.. had nasi goreng and then went home.. slacked the day way doing nothing at all.. just slacking and slept abit..

went to united square for dinner.. havent been there for a long time.. haha.. ate duck noodles, went grocery shopping and then went back home

woke up today at 12 and went for lunch at ikea and shun bian went to get 2 more picture frames for my room.. another 50cmX40cm one and another 50cmX70cm one.. now cannot decide what pics to use for the big one.. haha! i dont think my old D40 pics would allow me to blow it up to A2 size.. so it most likely has to be one taken with my D300, at the full 12.4 megapixel resolution..

anyway, went back home and played patapon for a long long time and only went out to play bowling at 4+.. this is probably the longest period where i didnt touch my bowling ball since i started.. 2 weeks.. and i totally forgot everything.. the approach, the release, the follow-through, the balance arm.. EVERYTHING.. gone..

managed a 133 in the last game and went off to my mum's shop.. had a haircut and then went to suntec for dinner.. introduced the spicy ramen shop that Alfred intro-ed to my family and i had the fried chicken ramen, 6 chillis.. my dad had the beppu ramen, 8 chillis.. FYI, thats the maximum number of chillis.. the waitress was like "8 chillis? super duper hot neh!".. LOL moment..

Chinese Orchestra Concert

woke up at about 2 today! haha.. 1st time in dunnu how long didnt have to wake up early.. so capitalised on it and slept longer.. had lunch at home before leaving for school.. went to xorex first and printed another A3 sized pic to frame in my room.. theres now 2 frames.. plan to buy 5 more to cover up the empty space in my room and to serve as a private gallery =P

after xorex, went to CC.. YaWen and Alfred were already there.. we helped Pang Hock go over to the sports hall to pick up 7 cartons of mineral water for FO and week 0.. pushed it on trolley back to cyber and slacked there till Alvin and Noel came.. went to the audi with YaWen first because the PaceSetters wanted to see who was going to take the group shots (me).. made another friend.. Benny the PaceSetter.. haha!

went back to cyber to rest and then left again at 6 for the event.. the event was alright.. only, we were not allowed to use flashes.. but that didnt bother the official photographer who continuously flashed full power.. idiot.. the after concert reception was worse than the concert itself because of all the important people socialising.. the principal, the directors, and even the minister of iraq.. had to shoot lots and lots of photos of them socialising.. the PaceSetters request shots of them going around serving tea.. so had to shoot that also.. took LOTS of group shots as the iraq visitors LOVED taking pics.. went back to cyber after that for uploading and then went back home

woke up at 9.45 today and met baby at paya lebar MRT and took the train all the way to jurong east.. from there, walked all the way to the Acer building where baby wanted to get her laptop serviced.. the service center was really crowded.. lesson learnt.. dont buy acer LAPTOPS.. as most of the stuff that were brought there were laptops.. the store was full of laptops ONLY!

took a bus back to the interchange and then another to IMM.. walked around and had lunch there.. i had nasi padang.. white rice, chicken, rendang, veggi and squid cost me $9.40 ok.. super ex.. so went window shopping..

went back to the inter and took a 1 and a half hr bus ride back to baby's house.. meanwhile, it rained like crazy.. so baby walked the rest herself while i turned back to the bus stop.. took bus home and then out again to have dinner.. dad droped me at school where i picked up the A3 print that i printed yesterday and walk around and shot abit of the chinese orchestra concert before going home

woke up today at 9 and got to school at about 10.15.. went to cyber and by 11, there were me, Suan Yang, baby, Clara, Josias and Noel there.. we started planning our respective days in the upcoming FO and ended it at 12+.. i then went to xorex to print out an A3 sized sunrise pic to frame up for my room.. but i figured that i couldent carry it around without harming it.. so left it at cyber..

on a side note, when i got to school, i took out my PSP and found out that it had bricked itself.. it was still running this morning when i played it.. so was kinda sad when it happened.. anyway, all of us minus Suan took 23 to simlim where i promptly ran into daddy outside.. asked if he knew anyone who could repair my PSP.. and he brought me to a shop where they UNBRICKED my psp for 10 bucks.. haha! so went to alan photo after that to check out the Tamron 28-75 f/2.8.. the lens is quite light, but slightly noisy due to the absence of a dedicated focusing motor.. but for only 600, its pretty cheap..

went for lunch at the food court and then up again to orient photo to check out the strobes that we're going to get for our studio.. the set included 3 150w strobes and some other various stuff.. walked over to ruby photo after that and bought myself 2 more rolls of film.. the Ilford PAN 100 and the Ilford FP4 Plus this time.. i think thats all for the Ilford series.. the only one left is the 3200 ISO one which is coming next month! went back home after that and had dinner

Ilford Pan 400

woke up at 9.30 today and went to school slightly earlier than the pre-arranged time of 11.. got there at 10.30 and went up to the darkroom to wait for the cleaning lady to come clean it up.. someone had to be in there.. Noel met me at the darkroom and we just chilled in the other room (soon to become our lounge) and Liu Ying joined us.. the aunty never came at all.. so we went down to mensa for lunch.. had salad bar again.. today's set meal included an apple crumble.. the presentation was fantastic.. but the taste was not at all.. haha!

went back up to the darkroom to discuss some stuff with Pang Hock and then went out again to finish shooting my roll of Ilford Pan 400.. finished it and went to the darkroom again to develop it.. taught Liu Ying how to load the film into the reel and how to develop it.. Noel's Ilford XP2 came out PURPLE! totally different from my XP2.. not sure why.. might want to get another roll.. haha!

developed some of the pics before leaving the darkroom for home.. got home the earliest i did in 2 weeks.. went for dinner with dad and bro.. frogs legs again.. haha!
