Unleash the MEAT freak in you..

By the heading u can already guess that this post is about food.. haha.. yup.. after a NONG NONG time, i finally got to dine at Aston's Specialities.. can say its like a dream come true for me.. why, you might ask? well, its because Aston's is an extremely popular steak house near katong area.. everytime i want to go and eat, the que will be >10 people long.. and im NOT joking.. thats how popular it is.. so i ask myself.. whats so good about their beef that makes people que up for so long? Well people, i'll tell you. their prices are not as exorbitant as that of other famous steak houses like jack's place or Phin's.. and i swear, their beef is to DIE for.. the wait in the que was worth it..

After being in the que for almost 10 mins, (the que was relatively short today) we finally got ourselves a seat.. being a beef connoisseur, i ordered myself a prime cut rib-eye steak, medium rare. cost: $15.90 thats seriously not much considering jack's place was serving the same portion for an exorbitant $23 and phin's $19.90. My steak came with 2 sides that i could choose (unlike other steak houses) and i chose their baked potato and french fries. their beef was SERIOUSLY to die for. the juicy rib-eye melts in your mouth and is EXTREMELY tender.. jack's and phin's can NEVER hold a candle to this quality.. even their sides is delicious.. the baked patato is soft and tasty while their fries were coated with some sort of seasoning that makes it totally irrisistable..


ok, enough about food.. today.. i wont elaborate much on school today as nothing much happened except me, ye hui, zach and andrew skipping maths lec (AGAIN). thats the 3rd friday in a row that i've skipped something.. haha.. after school met up with kaiwen, james and manda for lunch at design canteen.. it was my first time eating there.. had pork chop (more meat!!). after that, manda left to meet up with her friends for project and me, kw and james went to the games center for a round of DotA.. James (Furion) against me (Sand King) and KW (Rexxar).. guess who won? OF COS ME LAH! lol..

i went home after 1 game while the 2 continued.. slacked around at home till dinner time when we went to Aston's. headed to NSRCC to bowl after dinner but the lanes were so packed.. we waited for 2 hours still no lane.. so i jus collected my bowling balls and left (i've got training tomorrow morning).
